Should you approve the quote, we confirm the selection, process the payment, and manage the pickup. Please note that Collins Cleanout focuses on specific acquisitions and does not buy all household inventory by default.

No. We evaluate the available items and determine which items we're interested in purchasing. We then make an offer based on those items.

No. The homeowner decides whether to accept or decline the offer. There is no obligation to accept our offer.

Do I need to price or photograph everything?
No. You don't need to individually price your items. Photos can be helpful when initially contacting us, but we'll evaluate the items in person.

Do you remove the items you purchase?
Yes. Once an offer is accepted and the purchase is agreed upon, we'll coordinate removal of the items we've purchased.

Do you clear out the entire house?
Not automatically. Our primary service is purchasing selected household contents. If you need additional or complete cleanout services, we can discuss those options separately.
